He criticized the National Rescue Party's (NRP) stance on debt elimination considering it's just a way to cheat citizens in order to win.
Speaking at inauguration ceremony in the province of Kep, he said "the Khmer Rouge will come back if the opposition party wins the election because they promised to clear all debts for Cambodian citizens."
"It's no different than that of the Pol Pot regime if they canceled all debts owed to the banks because before moving to debt elimination, any laws related to the banks have to be abolished."

July 5th 1997 which led by Hun Sen who is the group leader of pro-Vietnam Khmer Rouge . The upcoming July 2013 election is a very good opportunity for Khmer citizens
to vote to get rid of the Yuon-Slave Khmer Rouge . The Khmer Rouge will disappear
as soon as the Opposition Party win the election .
