ហើយដែលក្រុមឱកាសនិយមមួយចំនួនបាននឹងកំពុងលាក់ខ្លួននៅក្នុង
គណបក្សប្រឆាំងទៀតផង។
ក្នុងពិធីសម្ពោធសាលាពុទ្ធិក អនុវិទ្យាល័យហ៊ុន សែន សេរីសារពេជ្ញ ស្ថិតក្នុងឃុំល្វា ស្រុកព្រះស្ដេច ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០១៣ សម្ដេចតេជោបានឲ្យដឹងថា ក្រុមជ្រុលនិយមនោះ មានទីតាំងស្ថិតនៅសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ដោយមានទង់ជាតិរបស់គេទៀតផង។
សម្ដេចតេជោបញ្ជាក់ថា រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលបានស្នើឱ្យសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក តាមស្រាវជ្រាវចាប់ខ្លួនក្រុមឱកាសនិយមទាំងនេះ ដូចអាមេរិកបានធ្វើជាមួយកម្ពុជាទៅលើ ឈុន យ៉ាសិទ្ធិ ពីបទបង្កភេរវកម្មកាលពីឆ្នាំ២០០០កន្លងទៅ។ ពេលនោះអាមេរិកបានកាត់ទោសជននេះ ជាប់ពន្ធនាគារអស់មួយជីវិត ហើយក្រោយមក ឈុន យ៉ាសិទ្ធិ បានចងកធ្វើអត្ដឃាត។
សម្ដេច តេជោ បានបង្ហាញទៀតថា ជាមួយនេះក៏នៅមានចលនាពីជ្សេងទៀត គឺ ទី១.ចលនាខ្លារំដោះដែលមានទង់ជាតិរបស់គេ ហើយក្រុមរបស់គេខ្លះកំពុងជ្រកកោននៅក្នុងគណបក្សប្រឆាំង ដើម្បីធ្វើសកម្មភាពនេះ។ ទី២. ចលនាមហាចក្រដែលមានទីតាំងនៅសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក និងមានសញ្ញាទង់ជាតិរបស់គេ ហើយចលនានេះមនុស្សមួយចំនួនក៏នៅក្នុងបក្សប្រឆាំងផងដែរ។
សម្ដេចបញ្ជាក់ថា ពួកគេមិនត្រឹមតែចង់ដូរសម្ដេច ដូរគណបក្សប្រជាជនឡើយ ប៉ុន្ដែពួកគេចង់ដូររបបរាជានិយម និងរាជបល្ល័ង្ក៕

Hun Sen is sending a message to the opposition and the world that he will do anything to stay in power, indicating that if he loses the election he will fabricate some sort of armed group or armed rebellion against him so he has the pretext to arrest the opposition politicians and not stepping down from power.
He used the same pretext [KR infiltration of Funcinpec] to liquidate Funcinpec military in the 1997 coup. He then even contradicted himself by accusing Funcinpec of having staged the coup in the first place [so as to give him the excuse to wipe Funcinpec out as a military threat?]! Very logical!

How can this Vietnamese puppet, Hai Phuc ask the UN to arrest the oppositions when Hai Phuc himself is the terrorist.
This terrorist has terrorized the country for over 30 years, and remains to be seated til 90 years old. With the failing system, systemic arrest, 1 hours court hearing before the 30 years life sentenced with no representative. Hai Phuc is worse the the Chinese and the Vietnamese communist leaders.
As always Hai Phuc is trying distract the real problems inside fo Cambodia by shifting the blame to SSR. That SSR he shift the blame onto Mom Sonando as the ring leader of an armed force.

I'm glad hun sen is taking this approach to ask the United States, this might be a major turning point in hun sen's control of Cambodia and the beginning of the end of hun sen because the US can review other cases the oppositions have against hun sen.
