Yes there are many points you are correct but some points you are incorrect.
1. First, China always supported dictatorships, brutal regimes, like the Pol Pot regime.
2. Second, Chinese is a very business minded culture. They will take advantage of you every opportunity when given a chance.
3. They will never respect basic Human rights, unless it is their own race.
4. China played a roles in our civil wars.

China had a policy that they do not interfere in other country's internal
affairs, but in our case they did. We lost 2 millions Khmers.
Here where you are wrongs:
1.
It's was the U.S who paid Lon Nol regime millions in brides to stage a coup
d'etat against Sihanouk. It was the U.S who helped make the Khmer Rouge gained strengths by
bombing our country without regard of Khmer lives.
2. The U.S gave Lon
Nol false sense of hope, at the last minutes when we needed them the
most they cut off all supports. The result was: Pol Pot killed millions.
3. The U.S and one side of the Western countries supported of Siam, South Vietnamese governments. Cambodia was always a second choice, sort of a left over.
4. Now China poured billions of dollars and helped build up Cambodia's infrastructures, not the U. S or Europe.
5. When Siam attacked us, it's was China who secretly gave us ammunitios to defend ourselves.

Not only was the US that made the KR strong, the traitorous Sihanouk was in the main force who made the KR strong by calling on his ignorant supporters to go underground and joined the KR.The same traitor who knowingly allowed the VC/NVA sanctuaries in Cambodia, a consequence of which resulted the bombing of Cambodia by the US. And please do not forget, Sihanouk's forces and the KR also bombed, fired on their own people indiscriminately between 1970 and 1975.The communist bloc was the one that made their brother KR strong - and their sustained strengths until today in the form of the CPP.
2.You go to Cambodia now - and see all the good Japanese-built bridges and roads being dismantled and rebuilt with Chinese loans which uses Chinese 2nd grade workmanship drummed up with dubious award to Chinese contracting companies.Your Cambodian people will have to continue to suffer to pay back the Chinese loans in one way or the other - just like your ancestors were starving to death paying back the Chinese for their ammunitions to the KR. Would you buy a Japanese car or Chinese car, if you have a choice??

1. China supported Pol Pot, but Pol Pot was installed by the Vietnamese. In fact, the Khmer Rouge were trained and recruited by the Vietnamese. NOT China.
2. The Chinese business-minded people, but the Chinese never stole anything from us Khmer. Your Vietnamese government on the other hand stole large chinks of Cambodian land and many islands after the Vietnamese invasion and K5 Genocide in the 1980s during the 10 years occupation.
