PHNOM PENH (Cambodia Herald) - TV personality and actress Sok Samavatey (pictured)
is busy making money before getting married, apparently late this year.
The 23-year-old star says she has no time to relax as many producers are chasing her to appear in movies and advertising spots.
She is now starring in the Bayon TV production "Bropun Chnamkla" (My Tiger Year Wife) after appearing in more than 10 movies. These include "Pum Kjom Chertchhay" (My Favorite Village) and "Harmsen Munsne" (Express Your Love Now).
Sok Samavatey, who has starred in more than 100 advertising spots, says her fee is $2,000 for a shoot.

Her mother, Poung Socheata, told the September 1-10 edition of Popular Magazine that Sok Samavatey was planning to get married at the end of this year.
Sources say the future husband is the son of a high- ranking military officer in Phnom Penh.
