Prosecutor Tep Monin has summoned Free Trade Union of Workers President
Rong Chhun to appear in court on September 11 following a complaint by a
Taiwanese company, sources said said.
The sources said Taiyang Enterprises (Cambodia) Co Ltd had sued the union leader for defamation and inciting workers to strike illegally.
