PM HS,can you solve small problem of Sino-Khmer friendship!!? The Chinese had built "paper factory" for Khmer people at Chlong, kraties province long time ago. Why some handsome Khmer guys now called it រោងចក្រ "កណ្ដាស់ ចិនជួយ"?!! I thought Sino-Khmer friendship should always goes like this:
