PHNOM PENH, (Cambodia Herald) - Thai Foreign Minister Surapong Tovichakchaikul (pictured) and Energy Minister Pichai Naripthaphan will pay official visits to Cambodia on 29-30 December, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation said Monday.
A ministry statement said Surapong and Pichai would pay courtesy calls on Prime Minister Hun Sen and hold bilateral talks with Deputy Prime Ministers Hor Namhong, who is also foreign minister, and Sok An, also minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
Koy Kuong, the ministry spokesman, declined to comment on whether the two sides would discuss overlapping oil claims in the Gulf of Thailand.
