PHNOM PENH, (CEN) - Thailand has canceled a joint Cambodian-Thai concert after Cambodian soldiers fired at a Thai military helicopter entering Cambodia's territory.

"Thai authorities told Cambodia that the concert has been canceled. The cancellation was caused by the armed clash on December 15," said Suon Sophal, a communications officer at the Cham Yeam checkpoint on the Cambodia-Thai border.

Tensions have nevertheless eased after the two armies met on Sunday, he said.

Cambodia and Thailand exchanged gunfire in Koh Kong province on Friday after Cambodia shot at a Thai military helicopter trying to land in Cambodian territory.

Thai behavior just like a small kid. After Thai lost the Preah Vihear at international court 1963, Thai closed all borders with Cambodia and also the airport.
Thai said of a misunderstanding of the military forces between the 2 countries, Thai canceled the concert agreement.
The Cambodian authority should sue the Thai military for voluntary concert canceling.
