He is guilty, guilty, guilty and guilty...The Viet Cong can't back him up in the international court. He knows that he will lose because he's the coward one.
Hun Sen will never go to foreign or international because he has no control of the court, therefore he will lose. Hope the people who claimed to be Hun Sen's bodyguards are real bodyguards. If so, Hun Sen can never sleep.
