With the Support of A CHROUK Sok AN he become a spokman for the Ministry. He likes the Karaoke bar and treats unfairly the girls serving him. Note that he left his wife in Long Beach and got a new wife in PP, Beacuse, as he uses to say,"In Cambodia women are Cheap".
According to a few reports, Phay Siphan is such an unprincipled person, jumping from one ship to another. Also, he is known to have owed a lot of money to a lot of people in Long Beach. But, the most cruel thing is that he left his wife and children for young women in Cambodia once he has enriched himself with corrupt money. One must wonder has he ever looked back to the terrible time that they have suffered together trying to escape Cambodia in the 1970s or 1980s?
you guy are killing his credibility through personal attack. I don't think it is right; it is cheap trick to turn this guy life upside down. I dont think it is fair. he left his wife, who know the real reason? family break apart daily, i dont see you attack them. he borrows money, it bad that he didnt pay the guy back, he should have paid them back to avoid such embarrassment. i guess his laziness and lack of responsibility to hold himself accountable haunt his ass. he should make the thing right by pay the man the money back and put it on newspaper including the interests. let the world know that he fuck up and apologize to the guy. i hope he is smart and do the right thing.
What is the motive to allow the users (actually another politician) to use this web blog for this kind of personal attack? There are a lot of personal attacks in Khmer politics, from both sides of the spectrum! And most of the time they are under belly, gratuitous, cheap, and small-minded.

It is so stupid not right to show this letter in the KI. KI have lost the value of the press media system.
