AKP Phnom Penh, October 6, 2011 –Rieckermann Cambodia Co., Ltd. opened its new office in Phnom Penh last Tuesday and the opening ceremony was presided over by Information Minister H.E. Khieu Kanharith.
The Rieckermann Cambodia Company Director, Mr. Tran Kiet Toan, said the company was founded in 1892 in Germany’s Hamburg city and now the company has its affiliated offices in 27 countries over the world. In Cambodia, the company was licensed and registered 10 years ago with selling Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG which provides a service of Digital Print Solutions for the Packaging Industry.
The company not only sells machinery and spare parts, but it also helps train young Cambodian people for the human resource development, he said.
For his part, H.E. Khieu Kanharith welcomed the opening of the company’s new office to supply machinery and spare parts in the country, saying that the Ministry of Information has so far bought some of them for the printing house and the quality is acceptable, he said.
The ministry has also asked the company for repairing service and training course for its officials and ordered some equipment for its printing house for a better work.
