Drink hot tea instead during any gatherings. It helps stimulate your brain rather than screw you big time like this. When Khamens are getting smart or they will never?

I read Cambodia Daily this morning. What's amazing was that he Provincial Police Commander pointed out to the Methanol which was mixed in the Alcohol, while the Provincial Health Director didn't mention it. Let Congratulate the Police commander!

The Provincial police Chief was right and very professional when he said the Intoxication and death was caused by the Methanol mixed in the Alcohol(Read Cambodia Daily Oct-7).

But the Provincial Health Director didn't mention a word about this.
Ignorance and Incompetence?
