Noppadon Pattama (pictured), a legal advisor to fugitive former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra, insisted on Saturday that Thaksin is not in Cambodia as was reported by the media in the neighbouring country.
The media in Cambodia reported this morning that Thaksin had arrived in Phanom Penh.
