Thailand mobilised front line troops

By Khmerization
Source: DAP News

Front line Cambodian military sources said that the Thai military is provocatively mobilising and manoeuvring troops around the Preah Vihear temple for the whole of Tuesday until 9:40 p.m.

The sources said that Thai troops had turned off all electricity lights by 6 p.m. so as not to allow Cambodian troops to pinpoint the locations of their barracks and positions.

The sources said that Cambodian troops remain calm, but are on high alert to be vigilant of any possible Thai attacks. Cambodian troops said that the Thai military had exerted immense military pressures on Cambodian troops by employing all sorts of provocations.

The sources said that at 8 p.m on Monday night the 7th of February, Thai troops had fired two 80mm mortar shells into Cambodian territory near Chak Chreng, located about 5 kilometres east of Preah Vihear temple, but Cambodian troops did not return fires because they had been ordered to show the utmost restraint and not to fall into Thai trap and provocations.

I wonder why UN and the rest of the world leader still not sure about this? Thailand started all the provocations, they are the one who started all the problems first..They just shelling into cambodia again, eventhough, we all agree not fire shot...How come UN still don't get this..??? Are they taken side with Thailand??

To answer your question - Yes, the UN is taking side. It is siding with Thailand. If it didn't take side, it would have intervened a long time ago...It would also have reminded Thailand of the IJC ruling in 1962. The American govt is also supporting Thailand. IF Thailand was the one to ask for UN intervention, there would be no hesitation.

Khmerization should not report about Khmer troops movement. This could put risk on our troops. Military movement should be secretive.

There is no evident yet, that UN is supporting Thailand. America is still neutral to both sides.

Must send some troops inside Thailand and destroy those artilleries, which are destroying our sacred temple and our troops.Let them learn to play cat and mouse games. If they use our land for the battle,we must use their land as well. You can't defend all the time.
Prepare for long war. Please urge Khmer along the border,in Thailand, to support this war. They are Khmer.

May God protect all Khmer soldiers, who are in the battle-field against the aggressor Thai.
