Prime Minister Hun Sen said that only the International Court of Justice can decide on (resolve) the Khmer-Thai border conflict.

Speaking during a graduation ceremony on Tuesday morning just before the Asean meeting on the conflict was due to take place in Indonesia, Mr. Hun Sen said the UN and Asean cannot decide on the Khmer-Thai conflict because they are not the court. He said only the International Court of Justice (ICJ) can decide and resolve the conflict based on legal treaties and conventions, maps and the 1962 verdict of the ICJ.

He said Cambodia had all the documents and has now hired 3 foreign lawyers to take the Preah Vihear case with Thailand to the International Court of Justice.

Thailand and Cambodia reinforced troops

Cambodian sources from Preah vihear said that the situations in the areas on Tuesday remain calm. However, they said that Thailand had reinforced a large number of troops, tanks and weaponry to the areas opposite Preah Vihear temple.

Speaking during a graduation ceremony yesterday morning, Prime Minister Hun Sen said in response to the Thai troop reinforcements, Cambodia had also reinforced its troops, tanks and artillery pieces to the border areas also to counter the possible Thai attacks.

Sounds of two explosions in Preah Vihear surrounding

Cambodian Foreign Ministry spokesman, Gen. Chhum Socheat, said two explosions had been heard in the vicinity of the temple yesterday morning.

He said the first explosion occurred at 8:20 a.m in front of border post No. 14 near the temple. The second explosion occurred at 9:30 a.m in Ta Thav, about 5 km from Preah Vihear temple. He said the explosions sounded like mine explosions.

There are reports that on Sunday, cluster bombs fired by Thai troops during the clashes from 4-7 February had begun to explode sporadically in the temple surrounding.

DR. Hun Sen has bought two nuclear bombs from old soviet union. These nuclear bombs secretly sell by Russia Mafia to Dr. Hun Sen last 3 weeks ago. It cost US$1 billions just two bombs. Dr. Hun Sen will only use these bombs to protect his power if Thai use aircrafts to invate him. So it doesn't matter how many tanks, aircrafts weapons thai military has. Two Nucleau bombs are more than enough for Dr. Hun Sen end the war with thai.

I also believe that only International Court of Justice can resolve the Preah Vihear conflict with Thailand, so Cambodia should not hesitate or delay in taking the case to that court- the sooner the better. The current Asean mediation doesn't mean much about resolving the conflict. What the observers do is just to monitor the ceasefire, not solve the problems.
