The three Funcinpec officials singled out by party Secretary General Mr. Nhiek Bunchhay for a lawsuit said that they are not concerned about Mr. Nhiek Bunchhay's upcoming lawsuit against them, saying that the documents of Mr. Nhiek Bunchhay's alleged corruption that they have produced are not fake, but real documents with Mr. Nhiek Bunchhay's real signatures.
During the meeting of the Funcinpec Party Permanent Committee on 18th February, Mr. Phorn Chantha (pictured), Yim Savy and Suong Phally had distributed documents and contract of donations and loans of about $6 million from two Chinese companies purported to sign by Mr. Nhiek Bunchhay, but the party did not know about them nor has it received any money from the Chinese companies.
Mr. Nhiek Bunchhay has on Monday 21st February released a letter through his lawyer of his intention to sue the three officials for document forgery. But Mr. Phorn Chantha said that both sides agreed to end their bickering by not taking any further action against one another. "The three of us who were accused by him have agreed to end all the issues in within the framework of the party. But the Permanent Committee, the leadership of the party including the president (Keo Put Rasmy), His Royal Highness the vice-president (Sisowath Sirirath) and His Excellency vice-president (Lu Laysreng) did not want to finish the issues because of his (Nhiek Bunchhay's) breach of trust committed since 2008", he said.
Mr. Phorn Chantha added that Nhiek Bunchhay's group had agreed not to take any legal action against his group and his group had agreed not to release any further documents against Nhiek Bunchhay. "I believe that justice will prevail because the party does not allow him to use his influence to obtain personal interests such as taking (the party's) money. They (party leadership) will audit and expose his wrongdoings, so it's like his had dug his own grave", he said.
In leaked documents released a few days ago, it was shown that Mr. Nhiek Bunchhay had received more than $5 million from Kahua Industry Investment and Speedy Best Technology. Nhiek Bunchhay denied he had ever borrowed the $5 million dollars from Kahua Industry Investment, but acknowledged the $2.5 million loans from the company. However, he said that he had received only $1.5 million from the company and accused the three officials of faking those documents against him. "I have never seen those contract papers. But when I saw them and after I have examined them I've seen that, first the signatures are not my signatures because if I have signed in those documents I should remember it. Secondly, I saw that those contract papers did not have anything on it, even the contract papers are just normal white papers which were used to make those contracts. Normally, company contracts must bear the logos (of the companies/parties)", he said.
Mr. Nhiek Bunchhay said he had sent his advisors to China to ask Kahua Industry Investment to clarify about this matter. However, political analysts said that the Funcinpec internal dispute seems getting bigger and bigger and there is no sign of that bickering ending any time soon.

Why do Kos Trol, sea and lands proximately over 10 000 km2 have been lost to Vietnam by who treaty? Why don’t Cambodia goverment transparencies explain to Cambodia army at front line and the whole nation about this? Why don't they include this into education system? Why?
Cambodian armies are fighting at front line for 4.6 km2 and what's about over 10 000km2 of Cambodia to Vietnam. Nobody dare to talk about it! Why? Cambodian armies you are decide the fate of your nation, Cambodian army as well as Cambodian people must rethink about this again and again. Is it fair?
Kos Trol, Sea and lands over 10 000km2 have been lost to Vietnam by who treaty at 1979 to 1985 treaty! Treaty! Cambodian army at front line as well as all Cambodian people must rethink again about these issues. Are Cambodian army fighting to protect the Cambodia Nation or protect a very small group that own big lands, big properties or only protecting a small group rather in the real name of protecting Khmer nation?
Cambodian army at front line suffer under rain, wind, bullets, bombs, lack of foods, lack of nutrition, their families have no health care help, no securities after they die but a very small group eat well, sleep well, sleep in first class hotel with air conditioning with young girls message, have super health care from oversea medical treatment, they are billionaires, millionaires who sell out the country to be rich and make Cambodian people suffer everyday as Cambodian people know already.
Who signed the treaty 1979-1985 that result lost over 10 000 km2 of Cambodia??? Why don't they transparency inform all Cambodian and Cambodian army at front line about these issues? Why don't include Kos Trol (Kos Trol size is bigger than the whole Phom Phen and bigger than Singapoor with heap of great natural resources) in education system in Cambodia.
Look at Hun Sen families, relatives; friends are billionaires, millionaires where do they get the money from if we all just get out of war with empty hands? Hun Sen always say in his speech Cambodia just get up from war, just get up from Zero with empty hands and how come they are billionaires, millionaires but 90% innocent Cambodian people are so poor struggling with living every day.

The most corrupted people are Funcinpec party people...
Now, you are wondering why you keep losing the support of Cambodian people, you need to look in the mirror ?????
Nhiek Bunchhay is the most corrupt Funcinpec leaders. He sued Prince in 2006 for breach of trust and now is is the one who has stolen more money from Funcinpec than Ranariddh. He must be punished according to anti-corruption laws, but I bet he will get away because of Hun Sen's influence with the court.
