Seng Kunakar: Arrested and sentenced on a Sunday by the Phnom Penh Court for printing and distributing article posted on KI-Media.

Mr. Oum Sam Ath, an investigator with human rights group Licadho, said on Sunday 19th December that the Phnom Penh Court had sentenced a World Food Program staffer, 40 year-old Seng Kunakar, to six months jail term and fined one million riels ($250) on charges of criminal incitement after he had printed and distributed an article from Ki-Media website which accused Cambodian leaders of being the traitors.
Mr. Seng Kunakar was arrested on Friday at Phnom Penh's Russei Keo district, sent to court on Sunday and was hastily sent Preysor Prison after being sentenced to six months jail.
Mr. Seng Kunakar was charged with distributing an article from Ki-Media website which had accused Prime Minister Hun Sen, Senate President Chea Sim, National Assembly Chairman Heng Samrin and chairman of Cambodian Border Commission Var Kimhong of being the traitors who sold out Cambodian territory to Vietnam.
The government said a few days ago that it will shut down or block Ki-Media website at the end of December after it called its top leaders traitors who sold out Cambodian territory to Vietnam.

win-win policy are global success stratergy, may be the only most succussful exist in the univers.
CPP or SRP must set an acceptable stratergy for majority of people. in order to gain support SRP have to set clear role model or it imagination to form the vivid picture for people to see and lead to beleive and lead to support srp. SRP must show leadership model mean to bring higher or greater standard than ordinary peolpe willing to accept, that lead to chang if the things without need a chang we don't need leader we may want manager that enought. SRP try to gain support by using moedl criticising individaul HUN sen, all SRP hundred thousand of them wast energy and times kept, kept, and kept searcing, forcusing for CPP negative and spread it out. Ok here the outcome, all form of criticising, jealousy, anger, hatred, these form are the gosh of all destruction any man or women possess with thse form are drawn to self most, the most destructive, destructive and destructive magnetizing. People will not willing to joint, listen and support SRP who master at managing criticise it happen to indivdaul and to the whole Party. May I reach out to HE. Sam Rainsy please reform or alternate your policy plateform to set more constructive role model lift up or bring better level for All SRP supporter, let them see in the future If you win all those people will benifite............etc ,.I want to see All SRP member be smarter, wisheful, and greater than 5 years ago.
CPP they biuld future, more than 20 000 schools, thousand kilometer of road, hospital and build fundemontal of capitalist that lead to civilization, stronger economice, and better living standard now. that the vivide picture in people mind.
