Death toll from Cambodian stampede: Province by province

The government has revised down the death toll from the Koh Pich Bridge stampede on Monday 22nd November from 456 to 347 have died, while the number of the injured has also revised from 755 down to 395.

The last figures indicate that 126 males and 221 females died in the stampede. The death toll, province by province, is as followed:

Phnom Penh City: 66, Kandal province: 66, Takeo: 33, Kampong Cham 38, Prey Veng 37, Svay Rieng 26, Pursat 4, Oddar Meanchey 1, Kampong Chhnang 6, Kratie 2, Battambang 2, Kampong Speu 20, Kampot 9, Kampong Thom 5, Siem Reap 1, Banteay Meanchey 1, Sihanoukville 1 and 29 bodies have been taken immeditately from the hospitals by relatives.

The total death toll = 347
