Rapid urban development in Cambodia has resulted in changes in Phnom Penh - many Cambodians are missing out on new found economic growth 13 years after the end of civil conflict. Pou Sothirak (pictured), a former Cambodian industry minister and ambassador to Japan, has written extensively about poverty in Cambodia and is in Melbourne to address Monash University's Cambodia Roundtable 2010.
