Dear friends Khmer and far!
Summer's almost gone, and Miss Landmine marches on. This time around, it is our pleasure to announce the world's (so far) northernmost Miss Landmine
exhibition, opening at the Gjenreisningsmuseet (Reconstruction Museum) in Hammerfest city, not far from Europe's North Cape, on Thursday, September 16.
We are happy to exhibit the Miss Landmines in a museum dedicated to northern Norway's dramatic history during the final stages of World War II, drawing parallels to other stories of destruction and reconstruction.
We are also proud to have humanitarian activist and doctor Mads Gilbert co-hosting the opening,
sharing experiences from his own work in, among other places, the Gaza strip and Cambodia.
Velkommen, bienvenue, welcome!
