Deum Ampil newspaper and Radio Deum Ampil have suspended their publication and broadcast from today, 1st July. According to Mr. Soy Sopheap, publisher of Deum Ampil newspaper and director of Deum Ampil Radio, the reason for the suspension was due to financial difficulties. However, Mrs. Sieng Chan Heng, owner of Heng Development who is the financier of the two media, said she ceased financing these two media due to corruption committed by Soy Sopheap and due to his style of management. She said her company had to spend between $10,000 to $40,000 a month for the publication of Deum Ampil newspaper and the operation of Radio Deum Ampil and the payments of the salary of the 100 staff.

កាសែត ទស្សនា វដ្តីនិងវិទ្យុដើមអំពិលរបស់លោកសយសុភាពបានប្រកាសផ្អាកការផ្សាយ ហើយចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១ខែកក្កដាឆ្នាំ២០១០នេះ។ ដំណឹងផ្អាកការផ្សាយកាសែតដ៏ពេញនិយមនេះត្រូវបានលោកសយ សុភាព ប្រកាសថាមកពីបញ្ហាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ។ក៏ប៉ុន្តែអ្នកផ្តល់ ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដល់លោក សយ សុភាពបានអះអាងថា ការផ្អាកចេញផ្សាយកាសែតប្រចាំថ្ងៃនោះមកពីបញ្ហាពុករលួយ។
អ្នកស្រី ឌឹម សុភាវី អគ្គនាយករងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលដើមអំពិល ទទួលបន្ទុកខាងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុបានលើកឡើងថាសេចក្តីប្រកាសរបស់លោក សយ សុភាព ក្នុងការផ្អាកការផ្សាយនេះ មិនឲ្យក្រុមហ៊ុនដឹងឡើយ។ ចំណែកមូលហេតុមិនមែនមកពីរឿងក្ស័យធនឬបញ្ហាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុទេប៉ុន្តែ រឿងនេះមកពីកំហុសឆ្គងលើការដឹកនាំរបស់លោក សយ សុភាព ដែលមានការពុករលួយ។ អ្នកផ្តល់ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុទ្រទ្រង់កាសែតដើមអំពិល បានបញ្ជាក់ថា ក្រុមហ៊ុន ត្រូវចេញខាតចាប់ពី ១ ខែជាង ១០,០០០ ដុល្លារ រហូតដល់ជិត ៤០,០០០ ដុល្លារអាមេរិកលើការបោះពុម្ភនិង ចំណាយលើប្រាក់ខែបុគ្គលិកផ្នែកកាសែតវិទ្យុនិងទស្សនាវដ្តីសរុប ប្រហែលជាង ១០០ នាក់។
យ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយជុំវិញការសម្រេចផ្អាកការផ្សាយកាសែតទស្សនាវដ្តីនិង វិទ្យុដើមអំពិលនេះ ត្រូវបានលោក ប៉ែន សិមិទ្ធិ ប្រធានក្លឹបអ្នកកាសែតកម្ពុជា សម្តែងការសោកស្តាយ ព្រោះកាសែតប្រចាំថ្ងៃ ដើមអំពិលជាបណ្តាញព័ត៌មានមួយដែលមានសន្ទុះគួរឲ្យចាប់អារម្មណ៍នា ពេលនេះ។ កាសែតដើមអំពិលបានចេញផ្សាយកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០០៦។ កាសែតជាភាសាខ្មែរនេះ កើតចេញពីគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមរបស់អ្នកកាសែតមួយក្រុមដែលតែងតែជួបគ្នា នៅក្រោមដើមអំពិលជិតអតីតអាគាររដ្ឋសភា៕

Look at his face, this idiot man Soy Sopheap the best corruptor. He acted like he is the only one in Cambodia, in fact, he is a sycophant,his attitude shows that.
Soy Sopheap had probably embezzled a lot of Mrs. Sieng Chan Heng's money, but the real reason behind the suspension of Deum Ampil newspaper and radio is because he made a lot of enemies with a lot of powerful people and officials from the ruling CPP because he had exposed a lot of corruption and wrongdoings of these officials. Soon, Soy Sopheap will be arrested and jailed for fraud and embezzlement. This is what I think will happen.
I think he seems to help the country, rather than worsen the country. I just doubt the person who said,he is bad like this/like that, but don't even dare to step in the country and said like he did. Sure, he brings Hun Sen to the top and backs Hun Sen's policy, but during his works, he brought many senior officers and other corrupt ors to jail. How about you then?
At least, I see some change...
I am worried, he has a lot of enemies, he might be killed one day.
Now, we should worry about the gold and oil. Those of corruptor may become the richest in the world and the people still poor.
