Sam Rainsy said he got concrete evidences of Vietnam's encroachments on Cambodian borders and appealed to the 19 signatories of the 1991 Paris Peace Accords, which guarantees the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Cambodia, to help protect Cambodian borders.
