Om Yintieng, chairman of the government's Anti-Corruption Commission and personal advisor to Prime Minister Hun Sen, has written a public letter of apology to Prime Minister Hun Sen for ordering the construction of his statue at the gate of the Headquarter of the Anti-Corruption Commission without Mr. Hun Sen's permission, reports Deum Ampil.
On 17th June, the Prime Minister's Cabinet has issued a public directive advising people not to build statues of people, including leaders of the government, who are still alive in public places which made the public misunderstand that they are trying to glorify themselves which have drawn unfair criticism of those individuals.
The directive asks indivduals who have constructed or are constructing statues of people who are still alive to cease their works immediately.
In his letter of apology, Mr. Om Yintieng said he ordered the construction of Mr. Hun Sen's statue out of love and deep respect for him, but it has drawn unfair criticism from the public which has mistaken that the prime minister has ordered the construction of his own statues to glorify himself. And for this mistake, he asks Mr. Hun Sen for forgiveness.

The statue is representing a dead person. So, ah om yintieng wants his boss to go soon that why he is constructing statue of his boss, ah kwack. Hun Xen needs to remove this guy. He is very dangerous.
11:07 AM, I think you are right. May be Om Yontieng want Hun Sen to die so, that's why he erected Hun Sen's statue. To erect someone's statue at some place it means the statue represent that place. The Anti-Corruption Commission cannot eradicate corruption, so to put Hun Sen's statue there means that Hun Sen is a corrupt person. This is like Om Yintieng is attacking his boss from two directions - Hun Sen dead and Hun Sen is corrupt.
