It seem like the Vietnamese officials always initiating of the ideas of the so-called comprehensive cooperation, bilateral cooperation, strengthening cooperation, and the scary one is economic cooperation and agreement of the development of the "economic zone", the real Khmer officials must thoroughly understand the long term consequences before agreeing to these terms. Remember, we never thought of any idea, they're always thinking of something when they sleep at night time, think of our future and our people.
