A bodyguard of an Undersecretary of State of Rural and Urban Ministry is on the run after he was issued with an arrest warrant for using a weapon to threaten construction workers building a house for a major general in Phnom Penh, reports everyday.com.
The police is hunting a bodyguard of Mr. Chea Thoy, Undersecretary of State of Rural and Urban Ministry, for shooting at the workers whom he accused of allowing debris to fall into the compound of his boss's house.
The authority said, the bodyguard whose indentity is not known at this time, has fled this boss's house and hasn't been seen since.
