The Vietnamese government announced that it has decided to provide 100 scholarships to Cambodian students to further their education in Vietnamese universities in 2010, report Cambodian Express News.
The announcement was made a during a meeting between Prime Minister Hun Sen and the Vietnamese Minister of Education in Phnom Penh on the afternoon of Thursday 21st January.
The scholarships cover the cost of tuition, living, lodging and travelling expenses.

as khmer kid, i won't take it. the viet will brainwash, they going to vietnamize and plus study in viet it doesn't mean better than in cambodia.
They create another Khmer rouge
It is good news, but I also fear that these students might be brainwashed and indoctrinated like what they did to Khmer kids in the 1950s like Pen Sovan and others who returned to rule Cambodia, but take orders from Vietnam.
Good on them, I heard one of the course they provide is " how to run a successful brothel and to spread STD in Khmer"
