24 November 2009 - A US lawmaker last week introduced a new bill offering duty-free access to Bangladeshi and Cambodian apparel. The text tries limiting African critics by capping duty-free shipments in most sensitive categories. AGOA's third-country fabric provision would also be extended from September 2012 to September 2015 while a unified GSP-like rule of origin would be progressively implemented.
