Speaking in a graduation ceremony to students at the Institute of Laws and Economics on 12th August, Mr. Hun Sen said he will entertain Ms Mu Sochua to the bitter end, either through legal, political or military means. He said: "(You) are not Aung San Suu Kyi, you don't have any hope. Now I just said like this, please sue me if you want. If you sue me again, I will counter sue again. It is really lucky that I used court (to settle the dispute) because it (Sochua's suit) really afftected my reputation, but I don't use my powers (to settle the dispute). I am a prime minister but I'd rather use court and the military would rather use the court (to settle their dispute) too. If they don't use the court, do you rather want them to instead use the guns? Please be clear: if I give orders (to the military), in two hours Phnom Penh will be completely taken over. Please try if you want. If I use dictatorial powers, no one can run anywhere, I can detain everybody."

14 August 2009 11:06 AM, I totally agree with you. Hun Sen should use his military powers, or the lack of it, to kick Thai troops out of Preah Vihear in two hours. Now, the Thais had stayed there for more than a year, it means Hun Sen is a shit and coward leader, only talk but no action.
His fate would be like Saddam and Ceaucescu of Romania who were hanged and killed by a firing squad by his own people.
This guy is good only with the weak but when he faces with a strong, he is just a coward. He is the abusive khmer leader, shame on you man.
Threaten? Talking about taking things out of context. He was making an analogy to the different means that he if he choose could do in response to any kind of opposition. He was remarking that any tactic the opposition wants to go, he can accompany, legal route, political route, or even military route and he lastly mentioned he would prefer it if the opposition chooses to compete in the route of infrastructure development. "Phnom Penh will be taken over in two hours", is a threatening word. Also about his comparison of Mu Sochua to Aung San Suu Kyi is also a threatening word. This guy is a maniac, whom witout his medication, will blow up the brains of his critics and Phnom Penh soon.
