To Whom It May Concern,
I’m writing in regard to the article (When the good acts together then the evil is going to lose) by Sourn Serey Ratha that you posted on June 28, 2009. This article is a fabrication. Radio Free Asia (RFA) does not consult with outside groups on internal management issues. All managerial decisions are made to preserve the integrity of our programming and to improve our service to the Cambodian people.
Despite the disclaimer that your organization does not attest to the accuracy of this article, the posting of inaccurate information is a disservice to your faithful readers. We are confident that you would not want to knowingly publish inaccurate information on your blog and suggest you obtain supporting documentation before accepting unsubstantiated claims.
It is a shame that individuals would indulge in the spreading of misinformation about RFA, which only serves to undermine the efforts to bring accurate, credible information on issues of vital importance to the Cambodian people.
We hope you will set the record straight as to the accuracy of this article.

Dear Mr. Estrella,
Thanks for your corrections and advice, but Khmerization would like to categorically deny that it "knowingly" published inaccurate information. Any mistake was unintentional.
Khmerization would like to offer an unreserved apology to Radio Free Asia and the Cambodian staff named in the article. However, Khmerization is interested to know whether you can deny or confirm Mr. Sourn's accusations that the Cambodian RFA's staff are on the corrupt payroll of the Cambodian government, despite receiving their salary from the US-taxpayers.
Yours Sincerely,
Khmerization

Below is Mr. Sourn Serey Ratha's reply:
Dear Khmerization,
I appreciated your help which enabled this information to reach the public. In the name of CACJE's leadership, I would like to ensure that what I & CACJE released is truthful.
So, if you received any negative reactions, you can let them write a letter directly to me and then I will make a response based on the evidence and witnesses I have.
Truth hurts, that's why people and more and more leaders don't want to hear and accept the truth.

And below is Mr. Estrella's reply:
Thanks for your e-mail response. We very much appreciate that you are an important source for dialogue in a difficult media environment. To answer your direct question, any RFA staff found to be on the "payroll of the Cambodian government" would be in violation of RFA's conflict of interest policy and would be subsequently terminated.
Sincerely,
John

Dear Khmerization,
I believe that what Mr. Sourn Sereyratha pointed is true because some time American is very BS. They know only one ways to call us to submit proof but they don't know how to do investiagtion by themselve.
We are listeners and advocate have role only to tell them about we saw and about we heard but we are not investigator who have to submitt proofs.
I confident that some of RFA's staff are getting bribe from CPP in Phnom Penh.

Mayarith quits today ?
or he was forced to resign ?
Who'll be next, Kem Sos(?)
Is it true that Mayarith resigned? Yes, I want to know whether he jump or he was pushed? Looks like RFA Khmer service is in a mess. I hope Mr. Estrella can tell us what is going on inside RFA Khmer service.
Yes, this was what Mr. Sourn Sereyratha released about, and I believe what Mr. John Estrella wrote just to defense his institution. I knew Mr. Sourn Sereyratha since he was working in Cambodia, he is a trust person, he never cheat the public.
If Mr. John want to defense his instution why does not write to Mr. Sourn Sereyratha direct?
Finally, the true can't hid and people will know soon in short future.
I have known and listen to RFA since I were about six or seven year old and I am now could not believe this. What a shame to RFA. I guess the next generation of khmers will discover the truth about the dark sides of khmer histories. Great works Sourn Serey Ratha. You and your teams are the Real Democratic Icon of Srok Khmer.
