The campaign to eradicate malaria might be put at risk by a form of the disease along the Cambodia-Thailand border that is exhibiting demonstrable signs of drug resistance, the World Health Organization warned Thursday. "We have to act now to contain this problem. ... It must not be allowed to spread and become a regional and international threat," WHO's Western Pacific Director Shin Young-soo said.
