Khmer soldiers at Veal Entry.

The fighting between Cambodian and Thai troops which erupted at 7:05 am on Friday 3rd April at Veal Entry, which stopped briefly, had continued to the afternoon, reported Khmer Sthapana newspaper.
Khmer Sthapana reported that, according its reporter who filed reports from the Preah Vihear areas, the fighting that erupted in the morning had lasted briefly which resulted in 2 Thai soldiers killed and 3 wounded.
The newspaper reported that from 1 o'clock to 3:20 pm in the afternoon the fightings in three spots, Veal Entry, Phnom Trop and Boss Sbov, were still going on.
Khmer Sthapana's reporter reported that during the fighting at 1:30 pm, had completely destroyed Phsar Krom (Lower Market).
Khmer Sthapana's reporter added that at 4 pm, 2 Thai helicopters had been seen landed in a helipad near fighting areas to evacuate the dead and the wound, but the exact numbers of the Thai casualties are not known.
