HANOI, March 5 (VNA) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung said strengthening the relations between the Vietnamese and Cambodian ministries of planning is necessary to promote the two countries’ economic and trade cooperation.
The PM made the statement while receiving Cambodian Minister of Planning Chhay Than who is on his first visit to Vietnam, on March 4.
He expressed his pleasure at the agreements during talk between the Cambodian official and the Vietnamese Minister of Planning and Investment Vo Hong Phuc.
He suggested that the two ministries should bolster the exchange of visits and shares experiences in personnel training. He added that Vietnam will continue help Cambodia in personnel training.
For his part, the Cambodian minister thanked the Vietnamese government and people for their supports to Cambodia’s construction efforts. (VA)
