ក្រុមអ្នកឃ្លាំមើលសិទ្ធិមនុស្សជំរុញឲ្យសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ បញ្ជូនក្រុម ជំនាញខាងផ្នែកស៊ើបអង្កេតដើម្បីលាតត្រដាងអាថ៌កំបាំង នៃការសម្លាប់លោក បណ្ឌិត កែម ឡី។
ប៉ុន្តែសមត្ថកិច្ចទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ អះអាងខ្លួនកំពុងសកម្មធ្វើការស៊ើបអង្កេតលើករណីឃាតកម្មនេះយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ ហើយចុងក្រោយនេះ សមត្ថកិច្ចបានបញ្ជូនអង្គចងចាំ (មេម៉ូរី) កាម៉េរាសុវត្ថិភាពនៅកន្លែងឃាតកម្មនោះទៅដល់ដៃតុលាការហើយ ហើយក្រុមគ្រួសារជនរងគ្រោះអាចស្នើមើលវីដេអូ នោះបាន។
នាយកអង្គការឃ្លាំមើលសិទ្ធិមនុស្សអន្តរជាតិ យូមែន រ៉ៃត៍ វ៉ច្ឆ (Human Rights Watch = HRW) ប្រចាំតំបន់អាស៊ី លោក ប្រ៊ែដ អាដាម (Brad Adams) ជំរុញឲ្យអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិទទួលបន្ទុកសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស បើកការស៊ើបអង្កេតឲ្យស៊ីជម្រៅ និងម៉ត់ចត់ជាទីបំផុត ដោយអ្នកជំនាញពីក្រៅប្រទេស ទៅលើឃាតកម្មលើបណ្ឌិត កែម ឡី អ្នកវិភាគឯករាជ្យដ៏មានវោហារនៅកម្ពុជា។

If the real killer was Hun To like a lot people claim. who dare to said and which police to come out and arrest him. I think it will not be go to happen. and I think that video is not the real video. It has to be the expert to see this video to prove that want edit it.
