NB: Cambodia is in the grip of Facebook fever, apparently, and none more so than its one-man-show Facebook obsessed 'PM'... A passport control officer lands herself in disciplinary trouble with her department for checking her Facebook page whilst on duty, but is her PM's negligence of state affairs due to the same obsession not of the greater detriment to the nation and thus deserving of greater disciplinary punishment? After all, the young lady was only following her PM's example?
