សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍របស់គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ចុះថ្ងៃ ១១ មេសា ២០១៦។
(*) Today's CNRP statement on the arrest last night of National Assembly Member Um Sam An upon his return from the USA. "This arrest is a blatant violation of Article 80 of the Constitution, which guarantees parliamentary immunity for all Members of Parliament (MPs). No arrest is possible unless made with the approval of the National Assembly in full session or, in case the Parliament is in recess, of the National Assembly's Standing Committee. In any case, any arrest of a parliamentarian must be related to a crime caught red-handed (in flagrante delicto). None of the required conditions was met for the arrest of MP Um Sam An who, therefore, must be immediately released."
