បរាជ័យនយោបាយកសិកម្មរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាល ធ្វើឲ្យកសិករខ្មែរធ្លាក់ខ្លួនកាន់តែក្រទៅៗ ហើយត្រូវចំណាកស្រុក កាន់តែច្រើនឡើងៗ។ / The failure of the government agricultural policy makes Cambodian farmers more and more destitute and forces them to become migrant workers in Thailand. (*)
មិនដែលឃើញទេក្នុងប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដែលកសិករខ្មែររាប់សែននាក់ ត្រូវរត់ចោលដីស្រែដីចំការនិងផ្ទះសំបែងរបស់ខ្លួន ហើយត្រូវចាកចេញពីស្រុកកំណើតរបស់ខ្លួនបែបនេះ។
គោលដៅរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាល គឺចង់នាំអង្ករចេញទៅលក់ក្រៅប្រទេស ចំនួនមួយលានតោនក្នុងមួយឆ្នាំ តែគោលដៅនេះមិនបានសម្រេចទេ។ ផ្ទុយទៅវិញ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា កាលពីឆ្នាំទៅ បាននាំអង្ករចូល ប្រមាណមួយលានតោន ពីប្រទេសជិតខាង។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងគ្រួសារកសិករអ្នកធ្វើស្រែ សហគ្រាសកិនស្រូវនិងនាំអង្ករចេញ ក៏ទទួលការបង់ខាតរាល់ឆ្នាំដែរ ហើយមិនអាចដំណើរការបែបនេះតទៅទៀតបានឡើយ។

(*) The government is far from its objective to annually export one million ton of rice. Instead, neighbouring countries last year flooded Cambodia with one million ton of imported rice.
