Defense Minister to Visit Russia to Strengthen Military Relationship

Cambodian Defense Minister Tea Banh will pay an official visit to Russia in May to strengthen military cooperation between the two countries.
Announced at a meeting at the Defense Ministry on Wednesday, Russian Ambassador to Cambodia Dmitry Tsvetkov promised that Russia will provide more aid to Cambodia’s military sector, including training and engineering.
“The visit of the defense minister will provide many advantages from Russia and I expect closer military cooperation in the future,” Mr. Tsvetkov said.
During the meeting, Mr. Banh thanked Russia for the aid provided to Cambodia.

How much longer are we going to depend on other countries. This is how the Khmer Empire weakened. We need to develop our own indigenous weapons or buy them with our own money not depending on others with ulterior motives.
This guy went to bag more weapon from Russia to kill their own race again , but not protected the country like he stated .
