ចំនួនតំណាងរាស្ត្រ ប្រឆាំងរបបផ្តាច់ការ ក្នុងរដ្ឋសភា កើនឡើងជានិច្ច ៖

- អាណត្ដិ ទី ១ (១៩៩៣-១៩៩៨) ៖ ១ នាក់គត់ (បុគ្គល សម រង្ស៊ី)។ សម រង្ស៊ី ត្រូវគេបណ្តេញចេញពីរដ្ឋសភា ជាលើកទី១ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៥។

- អាណត្ដិ ទី ២ (១៩៩៨-២០០៣) ៖ ១៥ នាក់ ជាសមាជិក គណបក្សសមរង្ស៊ី។

- អាណត្ដិ ទី ៣ (២០០៣-២០០៨) ៖ ២៤ នាក់ ជាសមាជិក គណបក្សសមរង្ស៊ី។ សម រង្ស៊ី ត្រូវគេបណ្តេញចេញពីរដ្ឋសភា ជាលើកទី២ ពីឆ្នាំ ២០០៥ ដល់ឆ្នាំ ២០០៦។

- អាណត្ដិ ទី ៤ (២០០៨-២០១៣) ៖ ២៩ នាក់ ជាសមាជិក គណបក្សសមរង្ស៊ី និង គណបក្ស សិទ្ធិមនុស្ស។ សម រង្ស៊ី ត្រូវគេបណ្តេញចេញពីរដ្ឋសភា ជាលើកទី៣ នៅឆ្នាំ ២០១១។

- អាណត្ដិ ទី ៥ (២០១៣-២០១៨) ៖ ៥៥ នាក់ ជាសមាជិក គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ។ សម រង្ស៊ី ត្រូវគេបណ្តេញចេញពីរដ្ឋសភា ជាលើកទី៤ (!) នៅឆ្នាំ ២០១៥នេះ។

- អាណត្ដិ ទី ៦ (២០១៨-២០២៣) ៖ បើ គ.ជ.ប. ត្រឹមត្រូវជាងមុន យ៉ាងតិច ៦២ នាក់ ជាសមាជិក គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ដើម្បីនាំមកនូវការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ ដែលប្រជារាស្ត្រខ្មែរចង់បាន។

អ្នកខ្លះសួរថាហេតុអ្វីបានជាយើងចូលសភា? ចម្លើយ ៖ ដើម្បីឡើងពី ៥៥ កៅអី អាណត្តិនេះ ដល់ទៅយ៉ាងតិច ៦២ កៅអី អាណត្ដិក្រោយ !

(*) From the first legislative term (1993-1998) to the current fifth term (2013-2018), the number of opposition members of the National Assembly has been steadily increasing from 1 (Sam Rainsy as an individual) to 15 (Sam Rainsy Party members) to 24 (Sam Rainsy Party members) to 29 (Sam Rainsy Party and Human Rights Party members) to currently 55 (all CNRP members). Over the last 20 years Sam Rainsy was expelled 4 times (!) from the National Assembly (1995, 2005, 2011 and 2015). For the 6th legislative term (2018-2023), with a more credible electoral commission (NEC), we can expect the CNRP to win at least 62 parliamentary seats so as to bring about the democratic change that the Khmer people want to see for Cambodia.
