កាលពីថ្ងៃ ២៧ មេសា ២០១១ តុលាការកំពូលបារាំង (Cour de Cassation) បានកាត់ក្តី ឲ្យខ្ញំុឈ្នះលោក ហោ ណាំហុង ជាចុងក្រោយ និងជាស្ថាពរ លើបណ្តឹង បទបរិហារកេរ្តិ៍ របស់គាត់។ http://tinyurl.com/nctenc8

តែនៅឆ្នាំ ២០១៣ នៅចំពោះមុខតុលាការ កម្ពុជាសព្វថ្ងៃ ដែលមិនឯករាជ្យ លោក ហោ ណាំហុង បែរជាឈ្នះក្តីទៅវិញ ក្នុងរឿងតែមួយនេះ ដែលខ្ញំុចោទគាត់ថាបានចូលដៃជាមួយពួកខ្មែរក្រហម នៅក្នុងគុកបឹងត្របែក នៅចុងទសវត្សរ៍ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ ។ ការកាត់ក្តី លើកទីពីរ លើរឿងដដែលនេះ រវាងភាគីដដែលនេះ គឺខុសគោលការណ៍ច្បាប់ហៅថា “Non bis in idem”។

He "won" his case -- concerning the same allegation I made that he was a Khmer Rouge collaborator at Boeng Trabek jail in the late 1970s -- only in 2013 before the politically subservient Cambodian Court.
