PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Cambodia and South Korea vowed to enhance diplomatic ties in addition to the relations established over 17 years ago between the two countries, according to National Television of Kampuchea (TVK).
The commitment was made during a meeting last Saturday between S. Korean President Park Geun-hye and Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen at the Blue House in Seoul where Hun Sen is paying his official visit.
At the meeting, Hun Sen asked South Korea to increase quota for Cambodian migrant workers, the TVK reported.

លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន បញ្ជាក់ថា ពលករខ្មែរកំពុងធ្វើការនៅប្រទេសកូរ៉េខាងត្បូង អាចពង្រីកចំណេះដឹងនិងបច្ចេកទេសទៅលើផ្នែកកសិកម្ម ឧស្សាហកម្ម ឬវិស័យសេវាកម្មផ្សេងៗ ដើម្បីយកទៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រទេសនៅពេលដែលត្រឡប់ទៅវិញ។
លោកថ្លែងបែបនេះ នៅក្នុងពិធីជួបសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយពលករខ្មែរនៅប្រទេសកូរ៉េ ក្នុងដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចរបស់លោក។ លោកបន្តថា ការបញ្ជូនពលករខ្មែរទៅធ្វើការនៅក្រៅប្រទេស មិនសំដៅតែទៅលើប្រាក់ខែតែមួយមុខទេ ប៉ុន្តែជាការពង្រីកចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញបន្ថែមទៀតសម្រាប់ពួកគេ។
លោកបន្តថា គ្រប់ប្រធានាធិបតីសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េទាំងអស់ដែលលោកបានជួបកន្លងមក រួមទាំងប្រធានាធិបតីសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ សព្វថ្ងៃ លោកស្រី ប៉ាក់ គឿនហេ លោកមិនដែលភ្លេចស្នើសុំឲ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលកូរ៉េ ជួយបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលផ្នែកធនធានមនុស្សឲ្យកម្ពុជា ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលដែលពួកគេធ្វើការនៅទីនោះ។
លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ថ្លែងដូច្នេះ៖ «ខ្ញុំគ្រោងស្នើសុំដល់ទៅពីរ គឺសុំសកលវិទ្យាល័យធំមួយតែម្ដង ដែលទាក់ទងនឹងការបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលទាក់ទងនឹងចលនាភូមិថ្មី ការអភិវឌ្ឍជនបទ និងមុខជំនាញដទៃទៀត និងមួយទៀត គឺមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលផ្នែកបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងផលិតភាព ដែលក្នុងនោះក៏មានមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលនៃការសិក្សាភាសាកូរ៉េផងដែរ ដែលបងប្អូនយើមួយចំនួនជួបការលំបាកនឹងការប្រើប្រាស់ភាសាកូរ៉េនេះ។ ដូចនេះយើងត្រូវការពង្រីកបន្ថែមជាមួយនឹងទំនាក់ទំនងទាំងនេះ»។
ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការជំរុញឲ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលកូរ៉េ ទទួលយកពលករខ្មែរទៅធ្វើការឲ្យច្រើននោះ មន្ត្រីសិទ្ធិមនុស្សអង្គការលីកាដូ (Licadho) លោក អំ សំអាត គិតថា ជាការល្អប្រសើរម្យ៉ាងដែរនៅពេលដែលកម្ពុជា គ្មានទីផ្សារការងារគ្រប់គ្រាន់ ដូច្នេះទីផ្សារការងារនៅបរទេសអាចជួយសម្រួលវិបត្តិគ្មានការងារធ្វើមួយផ្នែក។ ប៉ុន្តែលោកយល់ថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលត្រូវតែបង្កើនការងារក្នុងស្រុកឲ្យបានច្រើនជាងជំរុញឲ្យពលរដ្ឋទៅរកការងារធ្វើនៅឆ្ងាយ ដូចពាក្យចាស់ពោលថា ជួញជិតប្រសើរជាងជួញឆ្ងាយ៖ «ពួកគាត់ទៅជាកម្មករ អ៊ីចឹងមិនមានសង្ឃឹមថា ពួកគាត់នឹងយកជំនាញអីត្រឡប់មកវិញទេ។ ឆ្នាំ២០១៥ សមាហរណកម្មអាស៊ាន ខ្ញុំបារម្ភថា យើងទៅផ្ទះគេ យើងជាកម្មករគេ ពេលគេមកផ្ទះយើង យើងនៅតែជាកម្មករគេដដែល»។
ទន្ទឹមនឹងការចង់ពង្រីកចំនួនពលករខ្មែរទៅធ្វើការនៅប្រទេសកូរ៉េខាងត្បូង ឲ្យបានច្រើននោះ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ក៏ទទូចសុំឲ្យអគ្គរាជទូតខ្មែរ មន្ត្រីស្ថានទូត និងមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការងារ ត្រូវយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ខ្ពស់ទៅលើសុខទុក្ខពលករខ្មែរ មិនថាពលករនោះជាពលករស្របច្បាប់ ឬពលករមិនស្របច្បាប់ឡើយ។

Korean people were not Cambodian enemies as killers and Cambodian people never insulted or Korean people.
