PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Prime Minister Hun Sen was seen getting out of the National Assembly session Wednesday to meet with Sam Rainsy.
Talk of the two leaders was not known.
120 lawmakers attended the session led by National Assembly president Heng Samrin to discuss and adopt draft law on Constitution amendment relating to National Election Committee.

At a press conference after this morning's National Assembly meeting and after a discussion I [Sam Rainsy] had with Prime Minister Hun Sen, I can assure the public that there will be no government decision in the near future to implement the Areng hydroelectricity power plant project in Koh Kong province. This project will possibly be "left to the future generations" who will decide whether to implement it or not.
