PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- The opposition leader Sam Rainsy on Wednesday sent a letter attaching with draft Constitution amendment to Interior Minister Sar Kheng.
"I would like His Excellency to examine this draft Constitution amendment over the creation of new chapter regarding preparation of National Election body," Sam Rainsy, president of Cambodia National Rescue Party, said in the letter.
"If Cambodian People's Party accept this, we will be able to set the date soon this week or next week to hold swearing-in ceremony as well as the date for extraordinary session to discuss agreement agendas." he said.

I am 100% sure, the CPP will not accept this. If they do they won't be able to steal the votes in the next election.
