No legal action against opposition over their accusations [over border issues with Vietnam]

PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- A Cambodian government official on Friday said that the government hasn't yet taken any legal action against opposition leaders who have been continuing their campaigns to exaggerate the government and Prime Minister Hun Sen.

"The Royal Government Cambodia under rule of Cambodian People's Party as well as Samdech Hun Sen hasn't yet taken legal action against the two opposition leaders", Keo Ramy, secretary of state at the Office of Council of Ministers, said in a new conference, adding that liars will soon defeat themselves, and the citizens will stop voting for them.

The opposition leaders were wrong, he said, adding that the Cambodian government has already created committee to negotiate, and set up border poles with Vietnam.

Ramy added that when the Cambodia-Vietnam border planting affairs are done, Cambodian territory could be larger than 181,035 square kilometers.
