លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីសម្ពោធដាក់ឲ្យដំណើរការវារីអគ្គិសនីស្ទឹងអាតៃ ក្នុងខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៤។

លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន បានប្រកាសជាសាធារណៈនៅថ្ងៃទី១០ មិថុនា ថា លោកមិនមានជំងឺដាច់សរសៃឈាម ឬស្លាប់ដូចពាក្យ ចចាមអារ៉ាមទេ ហើយបើលោកស្លាប់ មេបក្សប្រឆាំងក៏មានវាសនាដូចគ្នាដែរ។
កាលពីចុងសប្ដាហ៍កន្លងទៅនេះ មានព័ត៌មានចចាមអារ៉ាមថា លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន បានដាច់សរសៃឈាមខួរក្បាល ហើយត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនទៅសង្គ្រោះបន្ទាន់នៅប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី បន្ទាប់មកបានស្លាប់។
ពាក្យចចាមអារ៉ាមនេះ លេចឡើងស្របពេលដែលលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី មិនបានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីប្រចាំសប្ដាហ៍ នៅរៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃសុក្រ ដូចសព្វមួយដង។
តែពាក្យចចាមអរ៉ាមនេះ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានបកស្រាយថា ក្នុងរយៈពេលបីថ្ងៃ ចុងសប្ដាហ៍កន្លងទៅ គឺនៅថ្ងៃសុក្រ លោកបានដឹកនាំមន្ត្រីរដ្ឋាភិបាលចូលគាល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ចំណែកថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ និងអាទិត្យ លោកវាយកូនគោល។
ថ្លែងនៅក្នុងពិធីសម្ពោធមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលយោធិនពិការនៅខេត្តកំពត លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានឆ្លើយបកទៅលោក សម រង្ស៊ី ដោយមិនចំពោះ ដែលលោកបង្ហើបថា លោក សម រង្ស៊ី ជាអ្នកបង្កើតដំណឹងចចាមអារ៉ាមថា លោកស្លាប់នោះថា ៖ «បើសិនជាខ្ញុំងាប់មែនលោកឯងវេចបង្វេចឲ្យហើយទៅ...»។
លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបន្តថា បើសិនជាលោកស្លាប់មែន រចនាសម្ព័ន្ធគណៈរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនឹងត្រូវរលាយជាស្វ័យប្រវត្តិ ដោយលោកបានលើកពីច្បាប់រដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញថា នៅពេលនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីអវត្តមានអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍ មានន័យថា បើនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីស្លាប់ ឬលាលែងពីតំណែង នោះរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធគណៈរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនឹងត្រូវរលាយជាស្វ័យប្រវត្តិ ហើយសភាពការនយោបាយប្រទេសជាតិនឹងមានចលាចល។
លោកថា បន្ទាប់មក នឹងមិនមានមន្ត្រីក្នុងរដ្ឋាភិបាលណាម្នាក់ក្រៅពី ហ៊ុន សែន អាចគ្រប់គ្រងសភាពការណ៍ចលាចល គ្រប់គ្រងកម្លាំងកងទ័ព និងកងកម្លាំងនគរបាលបាន ហើយពេលនោះ មេដឹកនាំបក្សប្រឆាំង លោក សម រង្ស៊ី អាចប្រឈមនឹងគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដល់អាយុជីវិត ដោយសារហេតុផលនយោបាយ។
ទាក់ទងទៅនឹងការចរចានយោបាយដែលកំពុងជាប់គាំងវិញ លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន បានប្រកាសយល់ព្រមតាមសំណើរបស់បក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ពីរចំណុចសំខាន់ៗ គឺ៖ បក្សប្រជាជនព្រមលើការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរកាលបរិច្ឆេទនៃការបោះឆ្នោត ឃុំ សង្កាត់ និងផ្លាស់ប្ដូរកាលបរិច្ឆេទនៃការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើសតំណាងរាស្ត្រ នៅខែកុម្ភៈ រួមទាំងយល់ព្រមឲ្យស្ថាប័នគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោត ក្លាយជាស្ថាប័នធម្មនុញ្ញ តាមការស្នើសុំរបស់បក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ។ ក៏ប៉ុន្តែ លោកមិនយល់ព្រមធ្វើការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើសតំណាងរាស្ត្រអាណត្តិទី៥ សាជាថ្មី តាមការស្នើសុំរបស់បក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិទេ៕

Vietnamese government controll the Cambodian Royal Arm forces. If Hun Sen died, they (arm forces= Youn) will not let CNRP or any Khmer compatriots rule the country. They will simply find another puppet. There are so many Cambodian born Vietnameses who can rule Cambodia till the time when they annex this country. It is sad however to see khmers the like of Samdech Hun Sen and Sihanouk betray their own country.

We have to find the ways or how to get rid of them. That was what Pol Pot to get rid of them before. But, Pol Pot lacked of his ability to do that because his armed forces and military were too small comparing to evil secret Yuon/Vietnamese agents from Hanoi hiding in Khmer Rouges uniforms pretending to be cruel Khmer Rouges soldiers instead and in front of the International Community or foreigners. Khmer people were and are still gullible, not thinking who they are in suspicious ways in Khmer Rouges military uniforms. Yuon/Vietcong agents have had many tricks and dirty mindsets. These evil Yuon/Vietcong agents from Hanoi betrayed China by using China's help to fight against Americans, betrayed Soviet by getting Soviet's help to fight against Americans, betrayed Sihanouk King by getting Sihanouk's help to fight against Americans, betrayed Pol Pot by getting Pol Pot's help to fight against Americans and destroy American Allies Lon Nol's. What the fuck of Evil Viet/Yuon parasites.
Those were formers Yuon/Vietcong secrete agents hiding in Khmer Rouges uniforms (who were smart enough and smarter than dumb, uneducated and brainwashed Khmer Rouges.

Wrong, Vietnam has no say in choosing the next leader for Cambodia. Vietnam only has a say whether to support the next leader or not. Mr. Hun Sen has all the say on choosing the next leader. The next leader will be Hun Manet.
That's why he send his son to get advanced degrees in the West to lead Cambodia in the future.
