If Hun Sen were to replace Remnant of Buddha relics by is father's remain, then the spirits of holy grave and heaven will proceed to punish his father's soul in fire of ertenal hell. Then his father'sould would cry in pain constantly and suffering unimaginable in seven cascade of hells and cursed his son for unpurity and vanishing soul of impendent doom.

Hun Sen is really paranoid and superstitious during the protests against him, that's why he warned the opposition supporters not to burn his picture due to the predictions. He didn't what the predictions are but may his astrologer said that if his pictures are burned maybe his fate will be like the burned pictures or like Gaddafi's fate.
Mr. Hun Sen has 4 layers of protections:

2. The police.
