2. The suffering of the people were at the fault of the oversea Khmer. Let me explain. In a typical development of Vietnam, the oversea Vietnamese sent some billion and billions of US dollars to relieve their own people. And slowly the country rises itself up. There are some incidents of the poor people suffering, but it's not as widespread as in Cambodia.
According to my calculation, each year the Cambodian American could have sent Cambodia $1.6 billion US dollars to help, but they are only sending $0.3 billion. The 'missing' $1.3 billion US dollars could have relieved the Cambodian poors greatly.

Mr. Hun Sen's wealth is rumored between 100 million to 500 million US dollars. That is nothing compared to the 270,000 Cambodian American's net worth. If I assume each Cambodian American to have a net worth of 20,000 US dollars each, you folks posses 5.4 billion US dollars, or about 20 times as much money as Mr. Hun Sen.
But you folks are not going to help. You are into fancy cars and clothes to compete against each other to get the girls.
