Mr. Hun Sen, the Last Dictator

Dear compatriots:

Regardless of how Mr. Hun Sen has deployed his armed forces and the intended use of violence against innocent civilians, the will of the people has remained survived, strong, determined, and committed. This historic challenge against dictatorship and the illegitimate royal government of Cambodia has been shifted to the hands of the Cambodian people inside and abroad determining that Mr. Hun Sen must eventually go. The world has witnessed the atrocity, violence, and the repeated killing acts ordered by Mr. Hun Sen carried out by his entourages, such as Gen. Chhuon Sovan, Gen. Chap Pheakdey, and others during the past non violent demonstrations, and these criminal acts (actus reus) have been historically and legally documented. Those who involved in

these criminal attempts and criminal acts will be eventually brought to justice under the jurisdiction of International Criminal Court (ICC). Now the potential and momentum on overthrowing Mr. Hun Sen is ubiquitous. Based on his alleged crimes against Humanity,  Human Rights, war crimes, and other oppressive acts depriving Constitutional and Property Rights of Cambodian citizens, Mr. Hun Sen has been an enemy of the will of the people. His Vietnamese boss, Mr. Nguyen Tan Dung clearly sees Mr. Hun Sen's political stalemate is truly an obstacle in the long run as his reputation and dictatorship is no longer an asset for Vietnam for a durable future Vietnamization in Cambodia. His replacement is politically unavoidable by Mr. Dung, as being indicated by a Western Political Analyst assuring that, one way or another, Mr. Hun Sen will be eventually overthrown and assassinated from within his elite Generals due to his criminal reputation as being an enemy of the will of the people and political fissure. Mr. Hun Sen has known that day is occurred. That was why he had to speak Vietnamese (Head of States have never given speeches in foreign languages during State visits) showing his most ingratiating attiude to his boss during his visit to Vietnam last year. Additionally, in order to stabilize power and legalize his puppet and illegitimate government, Mr. Hun Sen has tactically made political manoeuvre step by step by indirectly luring CNRP leadership (via China?) into sharing power with CPP counterpart for his own sake. Therefore, if any future action of CNRP in the furtherance of sharing any part of power with CPP is absolutely a betrayal of the will of the people. Mr. Hun Sen must go by the will of the people as the world could see, and the will of the people has to decide his fate . It is a matter of time, as the journey of a thousand step begins with the first one (Lao Tzu).

In this regard, Khmer American Alliance for Democracy appeals to all compatriots to use this last historical moment exercising your rights by standing up together challenging Mr. Hun Sen in democratic means for future new Cambodia.  People have the right to self defense against violence and the use of deadly forces. People have the right to physically overcome any harmful act initiated by the dictator and his armed forces against innocent unarmed civilians or demonstrators, as being similarly learned from his historical and powerful speeches to the nation that " We Shall Overcome." ( President Lyndon B. Johnson).
