Khmer Krom human rights groups based in Cambodia has on 13th Jan. 2011 called on the Vietnamese government to arrest the killers of two Khmer Krom youths in Ho Chi Minh City a week ago.
Sources from Kampuchea Krom said the victims were 20 year-old Thach Thanh, who were killed on 7th Jan. 2011 and 26 year-old Thach Quang (Hwang) who was killed on the night of 6th Jan. 2011.
Executive Director of the Cambodia-based Khmer Krom Association for Human Rights and Development, Mr. Sin Yoeung, said the murders of these two Khmer Krom youths have not been resolved by the Vietnamese authority yet. "I call on Vietnam to find justice for the Khmer Krom people who were killed by the Vietnamese people in Ho Chi Minh City in early 2010 and early 2011", he said.
A man who claimed to be a secretary from the Vietnamese embassy said he is unaware of these two murder cases.
In September 2010, sources from families of the victims and activists from Kampuchea Krom said that 4 Khmer Krom people were beaten and stabbed to death in Rong Domrei (Tay Ninh) province due to verbal arguments with the Vietnamese people. The 4 killed were 22 year-old Chau Neth, Chau Phath, Chau Keo and an unknown victim.
Mr. Yont Tharo, a member of parliament from the opposition Sam Rainsy Party, himself a Khmer Krom native, has lodged a complaint with the Vietnamese embassy seeking the arrests of the perpetrators, but his letter was refused by the Vietnamese embassy.

នាយកប្រតិបត្តិនៃសមាគមខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោម ដើម្បីសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា លោក ស៊ឺន យឿង បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា ករណីឃាតកម្មទាំង ២នេះ អាជ្ញាធរវៀតណាម នៅមិនទាន់បានដោះស្រាយចាប់ខ្លួនជនសង្ស័យនៅទ្បើយទេ។

ទាក់ទងនឹងការចោទប្រកាន់នេះ លេខាធិការម្នាក់នៃស្ថានទូតវៀតណាម នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា សុំមិនប្រាប់ឈ្មោះបានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា លោកមិនបានទទួលព័ត៌មានអំពីសំណុំរឿងឃាតកម្មនេះទេ។
កាលពីខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០១០ កន្លងទៅ ប្រភពពីគ្រួសារជនរងគ្រោះ និងសកម្មជនខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោម បានឲ្យដឹងថា ខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោមចំនួន ៤នាក់ បានរងការវាយសម្លាប់ និងចាក់សម្លាប់ ដោយសារមានជម្លោះពាក្យសម្ដីនឹងគ្នាជាមួយជនជាតិវៀតណាម នៅក្នុងខេត្តរោងដំរី ឬខេត្តតៃនិញ។
ជនរងគ្រោះទាំង ៤នាក់នោះមានឈ្មោះ ទី១ ចៅ ណែត អាយុ ២២ឆ្នាំ ទី២ ឈ្មោះ ចៅ ផាត ទី៣ ឈ្មោះ ចៅ កែវ និងទី៤ មិនស្គាល់ឈ្មោះ។

The international media did not report on the Vietnamese mob-killings of Khmer Krom people because our government is stupid and did not make any complaints even though many Khmer Krom were killed by Viet mobs. Now just one Vietnamese, born in Cambodia and a Cambodian citizen, got killed during a motorcycle accident, the international media and the Viet government made a big deal and called it a racist killing. How unfair!

Hey guys, remember that Cambodia is still an underdeveloped country. The world don't care much about Khmer just because of poor national economy. Think about an example American/Chinese/Japanese was killed by a group in Cambodia, there will be highlight on international media, but when a Khmer in the similar case, nothing gonna show.

Khmer people is the ONLY known race who would openly post/comment incites for murdering, killing of other race, Vietnamese on forums. I have not observed any other race who exhibits this behavior.
This means nobody would want Cambodians as neighbors or hires them on jobs. They are just too violent.
