PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Phnom Penh City Hall sent a letter on Friday to the leaders of the Cambodia National Rescue Party, asking them to meet and discuss the issues regarding their daily rallies and marches.
The letter issued by Kert Che, City Hall Administration Chief, asked Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha to meet with Phnom Penh authorities Saturday morning.
"To strengthen cooperation between Phnom Penh authorities and the CNRP in ensuring security and public order and compliance with protest law, Phnom Penh City have discovered certain irregularities within the opposition's protests that must be adjusted," said the letter.
The irregularities that must be immediately adjusted were issues of environment and hygiene at Freedom Park and public parks, security and traffic, management of protesters, and speeches and expressions that affect the rights of others, the letter said.
"We hope that both excellencies will cooperate with Phnom Penh City Hall to respect the law and other procedures to serve the interest of the nation, democracy and rule of law in Cambodia."
CNRP supporters have rallied everyday, since last Saturday, at Freedom Park to demand a re-election and the resignation of Prime Minster Hun Sen.
They have been holding daily marches along the streets of Phnom Penh without the permission of City Hall.

Hun Sen and his cronies included Tep Vong stole Buddha relics and grind Buddha bones with holy water and drink to enhance his immortal power.
He is not going to resign from PM, He use Buddha power to cling on power but Buddha bones cannot save him from people tsunami.
In order to get rid of his power we must burn him alive (sacrifice).
Tep Vong and Hun Sen will see hell Yumareach at 120 steps when their judgement day have come.
