The world including USA, European Unions, etc. will know that Vietnamese Hanoi leaders and Ho Chi Minh who are behind all the killing fields from 1975 to 1979 and CPP led by Hanoi leaders and Ho Chi Minh that currently destroy and kill Cambodian/Khmer people slowly in order to fool the world that Hun Sen and his polices killed and hurt Cambodian people.
Why not do we, the world, blame Vietnamese leaders in Hanoi who followed evil Ho Chi Minh's steps that ended up killing so many Cambodian people, meaning millions of innocent and higher educated and intelligent Khmer/Cambodian people (who are unarmed people). Hanoi leaders of evil Communist Vietnam enjoyed installing dumb and jungle Cambodian folks like Hun Sen, Heng Samrin, etc to be leaders who did not know anything to lead Cambodia, but destroyed Cambodian instead.
